As Head of Operations, Emma’s role is to lead and embed the delivery of consistently good client service through efficient process and operational resilience – always with the client journey at the centre. With more than 20 years’ experience in the operations and client service area, Emma believes that the combination of team and technology can truly transform a business.

Outside of work, you can usually find Emma somewhere in the garden or exploring the beautiful Sussex countryside. She also loves to travel and learning to cook the food of the world.
